Job Title: Data Architect

Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Client Industry: Banking 
Duration: 12 -18 months Contract 
Schedule:  Monday to Friday 

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Data Architect who will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive data strategy. This role involves designing architecture for operational data stores, data warehouses, and data marts within a cloud environment. The Data Architect will work closely with teams to deliver innovative solutions to complex business challenges and translate business strategies into actionable data strategies.

• Design and maintain architecture for operational data stores, data warehouses, and data marts on a cloud platform. 

• Develop data access layer specifications and communicate design plans for implementation. 

• Lead projects and collaborate with teams to create and deliver effective solutions within project deadlines. 

• Translate business strategy and vision into a data strategy by partnering with key business stakeholders. 

• Map business opportunities to suitable data architecture patterns and evolve data architecture as business strategies and technologies advance. 

• Guide the successful execution of data architecture vision through the adoption of governance principles and practices

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in data modeling and architecture. 

• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation 

Hourly Rate: 65$-68$ per hour 
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
