Responsibilities:
- Support multiple analytical lab areas through strong organizational practices (including 5S) and routine upkeep.
- Execute routine R&D sample testing for pipeline projects.
- Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC/UHPLC and Karl Fischer.
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic notebooks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate results effectively.
- Follow EHS, GMP, and R&D lab safety standards.
Must Have:
- Hands-on analytical laboratory experience (academic or industry).
- Prior work in GMP or R&D lab environments, including safety and EHS awareness.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain multiple lab areas (5S mindset).
- Proficiency with HPLC/UHPLC and Karl Fischer instrumentation.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting analytical testing in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
- Familiarity with electronic documentation systems and multi-tasking across projects.
