• We are seeking a skilled Maximo Developer with strong technical expertise to configure, customize, and support Maximo Asset Management solutions.
• The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance, integrate Maximo with enterprise applications, and provide ongoing user support to maximize asset management effectiveness.

• Design, develop, and customize Maximo applications to meet business requirements.
• Implement and maintain workflows, escalations, and automation within Maximo.
• Integrate Maximo with other enterprise systems using APIs and web services.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and testing to ensure platform stability and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Maximo application issues, with focus on performance and data integrity.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design and configuration specifications.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Maximo Asset Management.
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, modules, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, XML, and scripting languages used in Maximo customization.
• Experience with database management systems such as Oracle or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), BIRT reporting, and API development.
• Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with business and technical teams.

• Experience with Maximo upgrades and implementations (versions 7.5+).
• Knowledge of asset management and enterprise maintenance management processes.
• Familiarity with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and RESTful web services.
• Maximo certification is a plus.
