Support the Merchant Services Add Locations team by owning the lifecycle of onboarding new merchant locations — reviewing submissions, validating merchant data, performing data entry, and pushing each case through a 100% quality control process.

Heavy internal coordination, zero customer contact, and high accuracy are required.

Merchant Services or Payments onboarding experience (Add Locations, QC, terminal setup, etc.)

Perform keying/data entry for Add Location requests

Validate merchant/location data in internal systems

Conduct a peer review as part of the 100% QC process

Manage 20–30 onboarding cases in various stages
