Pay rate: $20- 21 per hour
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

  • The mission of this role is to maintain accurate, compliant, and timely processing of all shipping and mailbox workflows while supporting smooth operational performance.

  • Strong organizational focus with excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear and effective communication abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and operational systems.
  • Reliability in adhering to a 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM schedule within a hybrid work arrangement.
 
Puses:
  • Experience in lending or financial operations.
  • Relevant academic background or training aligned with operations or financial services.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Process shipping and mailbox tasks with accuracy, speed, and adherence to regulatory and company policies.
  • Coordinate with team members and leadership to meet operational deadlines and service-level targets.
  • Complete required documentation and assist with reporting needs.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail across all tasks.
  • Adapt to changing volume demands, including additional in-office when requested by management.
