About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Must haves:

We need someone that is at the senior level when it comes to being a trainer

They need to have at least a few years of experience in training teams on AI (ChatGPT, OpenAI, M365, Co-pilot)

Must have excellent communication skills-- written and oral

They must be okay with travel-- will start traveling mid 2026 to places like London, Asia, California, etc.
Day to day:

They will training research analysts and admin assistants on the entire MS office suit and how to implement AI tools into the financial world (ChatGPT, OpenAI, Co-Pilot)

They will be developing trainings documentation, demos, content, etc.

They will be working with research analysts teams, admin assistant teams, marketing team, etc.

When it comes to metrics, they willbe measured on feedback and the adoption of tools
Compensation
Hourly Rate: 63$-65$ per hour
