About the Role
- We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Compliance Specialist.
- This role involves utilizing data analysis to drive the assessment and scoping of product recalls.
- The ideal candidate will have advanced MS Excel skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- This position offers the flexibility of remote work or a hybrid/onsite arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and administer compliance policies, procedures, and practices.
- Ensure alignment with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide compliance advice, investigate complaints, and verify correction of deficiencies.
- Develop employee communication and training programs focused on compliance.
- Enforce antibribery and anticompetition laws.
- Analyze metrics and audit functional compliance programs.
- Maintain current knowledge of laws and regulations impacting the compliance program.
- Deliver and manage projects, working with stakeholders to achieve desired results.
- Mentor colleagues and direct the work of lower-level professionals.
- Communicate with senior internal and external customers and vendors to influence decision-making.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Data Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related fields).
Required Skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation/visualization).
- Critical thinking and attention to detail.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently under limited supervision.
- Strong communication and influence skills.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
