Job Title: Android Developer

Duration:12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled Android Developer who is passionate about building high-quality mobile applications. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and contribute to end-to-end app development — from concept and design to testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full Android app lifecycle: design, develop, automate, test, deploy, and release
• Work with product teams to explore new ideas, prototype features, and estimate timelines
• Develop scalable applications using Kotlin and Java
• Perform mobile automation testing using Appium
• Maintain clean, reusable, and scalable code and automation pipelines
• Stay updated on Android platform advancements and incorporate best practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, code quality, and engineering processes
• Create and maintain documentation for features and development processes

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–7 years of hands-on Android development experience
• Strong recent experience with Kotlin
• Experience in Core Java development
• Expertise in Mobile Test Automation using Appium (not optional)
• Experience writing automated tests for Android applications
• Experience maintaining automation frameworks and app codebase

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $60 – $65 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
