- Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of enterprise commercial clients.
- Handle and resolve client inquiries via email (approx. 90%) and phone (approx. 10%).
- Provide advisory support, guidance, and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Access and navigate multiple systems simultaneously to fulfill requests (2–3 screens in use at once).
- Manage sensitive client portfolios with a focus on client satisfaction, foresight, and proactive service.
- Support clients with tasks such as retrieving copies of checks, drafting letters, and coordinating project-based requests.
- Maintain strong organization and multitasking abilities to manage numerous moving parts.
- Participate in client service relationship reviews (occasional local travel required).
- 5+ years of customer service experience in an enterprise banking environment, preferably as a Service Advisor to commercial/enterprise clients.
