- We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. In this role, you will support our customer-facing team in delivering prompt, convenient, and professional service to our clients.
- You will also assist with various back-end tasks to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Provide support to the customer-facing team in delivering exceptional service to assigned clients.
- Assist with back-end tasks such as invoicing, sending data requests, and following up with clients.
- Proactively manage the order process to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Assist the customer-facing team in delivering prompt, convenient, and professional customer service to assigned clients.

- Proactively manage the order process.
- A minimum of one year of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience is highly preferred.

- Ability to quickly absorb product knowledge and apply it to meet client needs.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
