Job Profile: Customer Service Associate
Location: Remote (But Candidate should be local from these locations)
Columbus OH, Cincinnati OH, Detroit OH, Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH
Pay Range: $20/hr. - $22/hr.
Work Schedule : Monday–Friday, shifts between 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, chat, and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Research and resolve customer inquiries using multiple internal systems and data sources.
