Position: Telecom Operations Architect
Industry: Telecommunications
Type: 3–6 months, extendable to long-term
Location: Dallas, TX / Atlanta, GA preferred; but open to other locations (5x on-site)

Day to day:

• Work with the sales / solution team to develop technical proposals and solution architecture
• Participate in client discussions, workshops, and presentations
• Translate business requirements into a field operations solution design
• Provide expert insight into Telecom Field operational processes and systems
• Partner with delivery leadership to define implementation strategy and architecture
• If the project is won → serve as Lead Architect during execution

Must haves:

• Former Telecom background is mandatory
• 8+ years in Field Services / Field Operations across Fiber, Wireline, and/or Mobile networks
• Strong understanding of:
• Dispatch & Work order management
• Network deployment and provisioning
• Field workforce management operations
• Network maintenance, repair, and customer installs
• Demonstrated experience in pre-sales solutioning and proposal support
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients

• Architecture certifications (TOGAF / SAFe / PMP etc.)
• Experience with cloud transformation, digital field service platforms, OSS/BSS, FSM tools
• Consulting experience with system integrators or technology vendors

Salary and Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $75 - $80 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
