Overview:
We are seeking a motivated R&D Engineer/Scientist to support laboratory-based projects within our dermal filler product portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced scientists and engineers to design, develop, and optimize innovative products that meet both internal quality standards and industry requirements. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful product development efforts within a large, global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support lab-based research activities to advance new dermal filler technologies and improve existing commercial products.
- Assist in equipment design, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient and reliable experimental execution.
- Conduct experiments, analyze data, and document findings in accordance with scientific and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, process improvements, and technical problem-solving.
- Prepare and deliver clear technical reports, presentations, and updates to project teams and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related scientific field.
- Prior research and/or laboratory experience.
- Proficiency in equipment design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exposure to process chemistry, modeling/simulation, and data analysis software.
