Job Title: Powerbase Project Manager
Duration: 12 months (with chance of conversion/extension)
Location: Dallas, TX (HYBRID 3+ Day Onsite)
Pay Rate: $65/hr - $70/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with System Protection teams, including Compliance Support, Conceptual Design, Relay Settings, Relay and SCADA Support, and Relay Standards and Studies.
• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with NERC standards and internal project management methodologies.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience in a technical or utility industry setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Strong understanding of NERC standards and compliance requirements.
