The Supervisor is responsible for leading a manufacturing team, ensuring safe operations, maximizing equipment availability, and supporting daily production needs. This role requires strong leadership, manufacturing experience, and a solid understanding of maintenance activities.

Drive completion of all safety corrective actions on time.

Perform safety audits and create follow-up work orders for items identified.

Ensure compliance with LOTO, Arc Flash, PPE, Confined Space, JSAs, overhead safety, and all required safety procedures.

Serve as the responsible safety leader during any potential injury situation.

Complete pre-task plans for complex, multi-trade jobs and Take Two cards for non-routine tasks.

Know all shelter/rally points and account for team members during emergencies.

Complete utilization forms and offer overtime according to contract requirements.

Review down-equipment lists and take action to resolve issues.

Respond to calls for assistance on the production floor.

Manage and assign team workloads, escalating issues when needed.

Ensure daily startup sheets are completed and updated to support smooth production startup.

Support shop organization and maintain lineside and point-of-use materials.

Drive equipment availability by responding to downtime events, identifying root causes, improving response times, and coordinating with engineering or vendors.

Create corrective maintenance work orders and ensure proper documentation is completed.

Meet all BPD (Business Process Deployment) goals and update metrics.

Perform and upload at least one LOTO audit per week.

Review and sign off on cart safety sheets.

Complete Leadership Standard Work and scheduled layered audits.

Attend team meetings unless excused.

5+ years supervisory experience

5+ years manufacturing experience

Maintenance experience preferred
