Overview:
The Intake Specialist helps patients get support through the Patient Assistance Program by reviewing their applications, entering information into our system, and making sure everything is complete and accurate.

What You’ll Do:

• Enter patient applications and information into our system (CRM).
• Upload and match documents to the right patient.
• Check applications for missing details and contact patients if more info is needed.
• Follow set rules to send each case to the right team.
• Work with other departments to keep processes running smoothly.
• Keep clear and accurate notes on every patient case.
• Help with renewals and yearly updates for patient eligibility.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Support small projects as needed.

What You Need:

• High school diploma required; college or associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of office or administrative experience.
• Basic understanding of medical or pharmacy insurance is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
