• 9+ months of hands-on experience working with structural aluminum die castings
• Journeyman's License in relevant field (welding, tool & die, general machining)
• 9+ months of understanding of high-speed die-sets, tooling materials, and CNC die surface machining, welding, and spotting

• 9+ months of experience reading and interpreting dimensional inspection results (CMM, checking fixtures, vision systems)
• 9+ months of experience reading machine drawings
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing concepts including waste reduction, CI, and Just-in-Time
• Experience supporting tooling changes and accommodating part revisions
• Proven ability to troubleshoot defects and recommend process improvements
