Responsibilities:
- Support sensory testing and product evaluation activities.
- Prepare and manage sensory panels, including sample handling, presentation, and lab organisation.
- Assist in the design and execution of sensory studies using basic scientific principles and experimental design.
- Collect, organise, and help analyse sensory data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain laboratory readiness and uphold test execution standards.
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to: Food Science, Psychology, Sensory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related scientific discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in sensory science, product evaluation, or lab-based scientific work.
- Experience working in laboratory environments.
- Familiarity with sensory methods and test execution.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Compusense software (preferred, not required).
