Job Title: CAD Systems Specialist (Levels 2-4)

Duration: 6 Months Contract to hire

Location: 100% Remote

Must-Haves / Core Requirements

Experience:

Must have 5+ years of experience as a CAD Designer/Systems Specialist
Strong background in Bentley and/or Autodesk software
Proven experience with AutoCad (core package)
Must have 5+ years of experience with with Autodesk products including Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ACC/BIM360.
Must have 5+ years of experience with ORD (OpenRoad Designer) used for 3D modeling, roadway design, surveying terrain modeling, and deliverables production.
Familiarity with ProjectWise for project management, document management, and standards enforcement.
Core Focus: The position is primarily for support side for CAD software; candidates may be CAD designers but will not be doing CAD design.
Troubleshooting: Expert-level troubleshooting in Bentley or Autodesk software is required, ideally in both.
Must have experience with plotting in design software.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

The primary functions of this role revolve around software support and issue resolution:
Ticket Resolution: Actively resolving incoming support tickets.
Vendor Communication: Working with the vendor (e.g., Autodesk, Bentley) to address and resolve software bugs.
User Support: Providing expert-level support for CAD software users.
