About the Role

  • The Fulfillment Associate, Document Management (FA) is responsible for delivering exceptional service by analyzing customer requests, ensuring compliance and accuracy, resolving or escalating issues, and following requests through to completion.
  • The FA supports both Fulfillment and Service of Process (SOP) functions, assisting customers in various stages of business operations.
  • This role involves reviewing and submitting initial filings, document requests, performing status/compliance checks, and managing legal service of process activities.

Responsibilities

  • Process state or customer documents following established Standard Operating Procedures using proprietary and MS suite applications. 
  • Understand and adhere to security guidelines.
  • Create process documentation.
  • Assist in issue resolution with internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to assist in training and implementation of process and policy changes.
  • Provide training to customers, team members, and/or vendors on products and jurisdictional requirements using a consultative approach.
  • Analyze data and recommend process improvements and reporting.
  • Participate in special project work as assigned.

Education Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
  • Some college education preferred.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of two years of customer service or related work experience.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize demands from multiple sources, both external and internal.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with excellent data entry skills.
  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
