Job Title: Incident Reporting Investigator (WHS/EHS )

Location:Bellevue, WA - onsite

Duration: 3+ Months- possible extension

Salary and Other Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $ 20.00/hr- $24 .00/hr .

Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

 Job Description:

• Conducting thorough audits and investigations using established SOPs to verify incident reporting compliance.
• WHS/EHS  - Safety experience.
• Determining when incidents were reported and through which channels.
• Evaluating incidents against mandatory 24-hour reporting policy requirements.
  Performing outreach to DSPs to collect additional evidence and information related to incidents.
• Analyzing data across multiple platforms to determine root causes of incidents and reporting delays.
• Quality & Documentation: Perform quality inspections (understanding Critical to Quality standards) and accurately record production data in various systems.
