Position Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with experience in compliance, audit, and multinational financial operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring client’s continued financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across global markets. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and problem solver with exceptional communication and project management abilities, capable of navigating complex financial environments and collaborating across cultures and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute global financial and compliance audits, ensuring adherence to client policies, GAAP/IFRS, and local statutory requirements.
- Partner with regional and functional leaders to assess, design, and improve internal control frameworks and risk management processes.
- Support the implementation of corporate compliance programs, including anti-bribery, data privacy, and financial integrity initiatives.
- Manage audit planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Analyze complex accounting issues and provide recommendations aligned with client’s strategic and operational goals.
- Collaborate across Client’s global finance, legal, and business operations teams to drive continuous improvement and process efficiency.
- Communicate audit results, risks, and remediation actions effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between Client and external auditors, regulators, and other third-party stakeholders.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional finance transformation and compliance enhancement projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in audit, compliance, or financial reporting, preferably in a multinational environment or with a Big Four firm.
- Deep understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and multijurisdictional compliance standards.
- Proven ability to manage global projects, balancing multiple priorities and timelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience engaging senior management and cross-border teams.
- Proficiency with Oracle or similar ERP systems; strong data analysis skills using Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
