Location: Plano, TX, Pennington NJ, Charlotte NC
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Duration: 12 -18 months Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Delivery
- Own the end-to-end vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for AI-driven products.
- Translate high-level business goals into actionable product roadmaps and detailed requirements.
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
- Ensure timely delivery of product features while balancing technical feasibility and business value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with engineering, data science, design, compliance, and business teams to build scalable AI solutions.
- Facilitate discussions, remove blockers, and ensure alignment across all teams.
Communicate product updates, risks, and timelines to stakeholders at all levels.
AI Product Expertise
- Work closely with technical teams to conceptualize and implement GenAI, NLP, and RAG-based features.
- Leverage frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or multi-agent orchestration systems to enhance product capabilities.
- Monitor model performance, user behavior, and system metrics to drive iterative improvements.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager in technology-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, NLP, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and LLMs.
- Proven experience building and delivering AI or data-driven products.
- Familiarity with AI development frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Experience working closely with engineering and data science teams.
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate independently and make informed decisions quickly.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: 85$-90$ per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
