Day to Day:

• Lead implementation of scalable, secure solutions on GCP across multiple initiatives
• Translate business and tech requirements into cloud architecture and deployment plans
• Drive DevSecOps practices, microservices development, and CI/CD pipeline setup
• Contribute to intelligent workflow design using LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and RAG
• Stand up foundational cloud infrastructure (IAM, networking, landing zones, security)
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and enterprise stakeholders
• Mentor engineers and ensure delivery excellence across workstreams
• Support scoping, estimation, and planning for complex cloud engagements
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
• Ensure delivery quality through rigorous testing, observability, and lifecycle governance.

Must Haves:

• 8+ years in cloud consulting, engineering, or architecture roles
• 3+ years leading cloud delivery teams or technical projects
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP infrastructure and tools
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, containers, observability, and service mesh
• Background in platform engineering or cloud-native software development
• Understanding of IAM, networking, and security frameworks in GCP
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Plusses:

• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification
• Experience with AWS or Azure in multi-cloud environments
• Telecom or regulated industry experience (especially large-scale environments)
• Familiarity with intelligent automation, AI/ML integration, or hyperautomation tooling
• Exposure to high-availability systems and complex observability architectures.
