Job Title: Thermal Engineer
Location Type: Remote
Contract Length: 6+ Months's Contract
Pay range: $70 - $80/Hour
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of experience using Thermal Desktop (SINDA) and/or Ansys thermal analysis tools (e.g., ICEPAK, Fluent, Mechanical).
- 2+ years of experience with thermal test planning and setup, including thermocouple and heater installation, operating DAQ (Data Acquisition) and power supplies.
- Experience with results correlation and system verification for production.
- Experience in documentation and writing test reports.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with avionics thermal design and analysis.
- CAD skills (specifically NX or Solidworks).
- Experience with interpreting and correlating test data to thermal models.
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
