Mission: Lead design and production of steel products, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical expertise in transmission line and utility projects to supports growth and commitment to safety and excellence.
Day to day :
- Occasional travel to offsites
- Designing products to production
- Client visits
- Visiting the plants
- Provide technical support to and collaborate with sales, detailing, project management, and production teammates
- Providing mentorship to junior engineers
- Ensuring the engineers are practicing safety
Must haves :
- 6+ Years of experience in engineering – could have title of civil, structural, or mechanical engineer
- PE or SE license
This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client.
