Title: Integrated Activity Planner
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Houston, TX and Pasadena, TX
Pay Range: $75-$80
 
Responsibilities:
  • Daily stand-up meetings to gauge results from the prior week, review tomorrow's plans, and confirm schedule.
  • Work within the Power BI backend to build "user stories," duplicate offshore dashboard functionality for onshore assets, and link data from SharePoint and Excel
  • Utilize SAP S/4HANA to feed information into the planning tools and manually update auxiliary systems of record as needed
  • Communicate business plan targets, operational impacts/benefits of Functions and Asset activities and their priorities and use these as a basis for the IAPS Plan/ Schedule
Must-haves:
  • Power BI experience within scheduling- timing, deadlines, start/stop dates, logistics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & gas industry scheduling/planning (preferably in production operations, maintenance, well deliver, engineering or subsea)
