Job Title: Senior Integration & Full-Stack Software Developer
Location: Addison, TX
Work Arrangement: 3 day in office with 2 day WFH
Client Industry: Banking 
Duration: 12 -18 months Contract 
Schedule:  Monday to Friday 
 
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled software developer responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to achieve business objectives. The role involves ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing code, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
  • Contribute to story refinement and defining requirements.

  • Participate and guide the team in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.

  • Perform spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.

  • Code solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.

  • Utilize multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in the design and development of client requirements.

  • Assist the team with resolving technical complexities involved in realizing story work.

  • Contribute to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause.

  • Document and communicate required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality.

  • Participate, contribute, and coach team members in the delivery/release (CI-CD) events, such as branching timelines, pull requests, issue triage, merge/conflict resolution, and release notes.

Compensation 
Hourly Rate: 63$-65$ per hour 
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
