About the Role:
The Total Rewards Business Partner will support compensation activities and provide routine advisory to HR partners. The role focuses on job evaluation, benchmarking, offer recommendations, and ensuring internal equity across assigned groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise Business HR and Talent Acquisition on compensation inquiries
- Conduct job evaluations, benchmarking, and grade recommendations
- Develop competitive offer packages for hires and internal moves
- Audit compensation data across HRIS systems
- Support annual rewards cycles and survey submissions
- Lead market and internal benchmarking analysis
- Update TR tools and reporting
- Support global compensation projects as needed.
Qualification:
- Advanced Excel (pivots, formulas) and PowerBI is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business; 2–3 years in HR/Comp & Benefits/Finance
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Experience leading projects and driving initiatives
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
