Job Title: Full Stack Engineer Role
Location: Plano, TX / Charlotte, NC / Pennington, NJ
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Client Industry: Banking
Duration: 12-18 Months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST
MUST HAVE
-
Full-stack engineering experience (3+ years) with strong competency in both front-end and back-end development

Front-end: React + TypeScript
-
Back-end: Python + FastAPI
-
Experience integrating relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

Experience integrating vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)

Ability to design secure, scalable architectures

Strong collaborator who can work closely with AI engineers but also operate independently with unclear requirements

Ability to contribute immediately in a fast-moving, AI-centric environment
PLUSSES

Hands-on experience with AI model integration (OpenAI, LLaMA, custom models)

Familiarity with LangChain and/or LangGraph
-
Experience building agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, or LLM-powered applications

Experience in cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Knowledge of CI/CD, containerization, or MLOps tooling
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $75- $80 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
