Description:
This role supports a Heart Failure remote monitoring program to assist patients enrolled in Remote Patient Monitoring services. The VADWatch Customer Service Representative manages the customer experience from onboarding through discharge, helping patients with device setup, compliance follow-up, and routine health data submission through the HealthCheck platform. The role also coordinates equipment supply, shipping, and preventative maintenance while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and internal quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain a patient customer base in the Remote Patient Monitoring system
- Conduct onboarding, equipment setup, and compliance follow-up calls
- Manage supply and equipment orders, shipping, delivery confirmation, and returns
- Perform monthly check-ins and outbound communications
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Support workflow and process improvement activities
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Data processing experience
- Spanish language skills
