Must haves:

5–8 years of professional software development as a Mern Stack developer or React Front end Developer

Strong hands-on experience with React and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

Deep front-end expertise (70%) combined with solid back-end experience in Node.js and TypeScript (30%).

Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams in a fast-paced or production environment.

Practical experience working in Azure cloud, including CI/CD, deployments, and build pipelines.

Strong knowledge of MongoDB and NoSQL data modeling.

Experience supporting production environments, debugging, and resolving issues in real time.

Experience working on high-traffic or enterprise-level web applications is an asset.

Experience with C# or .NET.

Experience with e-commerce platform integrations
Pay Rate Range: $50-$70/hr
