About the Role:
The bank is seeking a Treasury Service Advisor to join their Commercial Banking team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional “white glove” customer service to a portfolio of enterprise, platinum-level corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have prior Service Advisor experience in an enterprise banking environment, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven setting.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of enterprise commercial clients.
  • Handle and resolve client inquiries via email (approx. 90%) and phone (approx. 10%).
  • Provide advisory support, guidance, and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Access and navigate multiple systems simultaneously to fulfill requests (2–3 screens in use at once).
  • Manage sensitive client portfolios with a focus on client satisfaction, foresight, and proactive service.
  • Support clients with tasks such as retrieving copies of checks, drafting letters, and coordinating project-based requests.
  • Maintain strong organization and multitasking abilities to manage numerous moving parts.
  • Participate in client service relationship reviews (occasional local travel required).
 
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of customer service experience in an enterprise banking environment, preferably as a Service Advisor to commercial/enterprise clients.
  • Proven ability to multitask across multiple systems while engaging with clients.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Stable and consistent job history (no frequent job changes).
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
