About the Role:
The bank is seeking a Treasury Service Advisor to join their Commercial Banking team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional “white glove” customer service to a portfolio of enterprise, platinum-level corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have prior Service Advisor experience in an enterprise banking environment, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven setting.
Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of enterprise commercial clients.

Handle and resolve client inquiries via email (approx. 90%) and phone (approx. 10%).

Provide advisory support, guidance, and solutions tailored to client needs.

Access and navigate multiple systems simultaneously to fulfill requests (2–3 screens in use at once).

Manage sensitive client portfolios with a focus on client satisfaction, foresight, and proactive service.

Support clients with tasks such as retrieving copies of checks, drafting letters, and coordinating project-based requests.

Maintain strong organization and multitasking abilities to manage numerous moving parts.

Participate in client service relationship reviews (occasional local travel required).
Must-Have Qualifications:

5+ years of customer service experience in an enterprise banking environment, preferably as a Service Advisor to commercial/enterprise clients.

Proven ability to multitask across multiple systems while engaging with clients.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Stable and consistent job history (no frequent job changes).

Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
