• Serve as the primary Murex FO Business Analyst supporting traders, FO users, P&L, and market data consumers.
• Own production support problem-solving (functional, valuation, pricing, booking issues).
• Lead and contribute to FO project deliverables, enhancements, curve-related work, and production issue resolution.
• Act as a bridge between Trading, Technology, and Market Data teams — translating business needs into actionable solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement, challenge assumptions, and help shape better processes and workflows within the FO Murex landscape.

• Resolve daily Front Office issues (L3 support) including pricing, valuation, P&L discrepancies, market data issues, booking problems, simulations, and curve-related inquiries.
• Work directly with traders and FO desks to troubleshoot production issues and understand business workflows.
• Perform detailed data analysis, dependency mapping, and root-cause investigations.
• Lead and manage FO project tasks, enhancements, and testing activities.
• Liaise with technical teams as needed to drive permanent fixes and long-term improvements.
• Conduct yield curve validation, manage curve assignments, and support new curve creation.
• Support P&L and market data processes across multiple asset classes.
• Adjust communication style for both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement, automation opportunities, and business-focused problem solving.
• Balance senior-level capability with a coachable, growth-oriented mindset.

• Senior-level BA with Front Office expertise (not quant-focused; must understand business context, not just math/valuation).
• Coachable, curious, proactive, willing to ask questions and challenge business assumptions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with traders and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management across FO, P&L, Market Data, and Tech.

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Murex FO functionalities.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, trade booking, configuration, valuation, and processing.
• Ability to support FO users and resolve daily production issues.
• Strong understanding of P&L concepts, components, and reconciliation flows.
• Strong experience with Market Data, curve structures, simulations, and trade lifecycle.
