Job Title: Soldering Technician 

Location:Redmond WA

Duration: 6+ Months- possible extension/conversion

Salary and Other Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $ 30.00/hr- $ 35.00/hr .

Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

• PCBA and PCB rework activities performed using approved soldering methods and documented procedures 
• Through-hole and surface-mount soldering, including fine-pitch components (down to 0201), in support of prototype modification 
• Fabrication, modification, and integration of wire harnesses for prototype and development assemblies 
• Continuity testing and basic electrical verification to confirm rework integrity 
• Application and handling of conformal coatings in accordance with Purchaser technical requirements Use of microscopes and precision tooling to support work in dense or small circuit footprints 
• Documentation of rework procedures, configurations, and outcomes for engineering review and traceability 
• Performance of all rework activities in alignment with applicable IPC and quality standards, including IPC-7711/7721, J-STD, and Space Applications requirements
