?? About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior GenAI / AI-ML Engineer who is passionate about building intelligent systems from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of Python development, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and enterprise-grade AI solutions. You’ll play a key role in shaping AI behavior, optimizing model performance, and deploying scalable solutions that make real-world impact.

?? What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

• Design, build, and train AI/ML models using Python, with a strong focus on NLP and LLM-based solutions

• Develop and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability in enterprise environments

• Influence and control AI behavior using Model Context Protocol (MCP), including code remediation use cases

• Build and deploy AI solutions integrated with Java or .NET–based systems

• Develop AI agents and implement advanced prompt engineering techniques

• Utilize modern IDEs for efficient coding, debugging, and optimization

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, architects, and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic AI initiatives

• Contribute to end-to-end AI/ML SDLC, from ideation through production deployment

? Must-Have Qualifications

• Hands-on experience across the AI/ML SDLC in a large-scale, enterprise environment

• Proven experience building AI/ML solutions from scratch

• Deep expertise in LLMs, NLP, and AI model performance optimization

• Advanced Python development skills

• Senior-level programming experience in Java or .NET

• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and modern IDEs

• Strong background in prompt engineering and AI agent development

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders

• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
