About the Role
- We are seeking an Appian Developer to join our team focused on Business Continuity and Operational Resiliency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Appian platform to automate business processes. This role involves translating business requirements into technical specifications, building applications using Appian's low-code tools, and integrating Appian with other systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications on the Appian platform.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Integrate Appian applications with other systems using RESTful APIs, Web Services, and other integration methods.
- Test, debug, and maintain Appian applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Communicate Appian Application Architecture effectively.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Appian BPM suite, including Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, and Appian Sites.
- Strong knowledge of Appian architecture and best practices.
- Experience with integration of Appian with other systems.
Knowledge in SQL. - 6-8 years of experience in software development, with 2-3+ years specifically in Appian.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $65 – $68 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
