- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in MSFT Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high call volume environment.

- Positive attitude and self-motivation. - Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments.
Additional Information:
Training Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST.
Shifts (EST):
Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Monday - Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $15 – $19 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
