Job Description:
The Member Customer Advocate serves as the primary point of contact for members, providing exceptional customer service and support. Responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding members through benefits, account information, and service-related questions. Must have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer systems or CRM platforms. The role requires maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and fostering a positive member experience.

Must-Have:
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Basic computer literacy and CRM/EMR proficiency
• Knowledge of member benefits, insurance, or healthcare processes (preferred)

Salary and Other Compensation:
