Job Summary:
This role provides senior-level leadership for complex, high-impact creative and marketing initiatives within an industry-leading organization. The position leads cross-functional creative teams to deliver insights-driven, multi-channel solutions aligned with brand strategy and business objectives. The role also serves as a project management expert, supporting workflows, processes, and continuous improvement across creative programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional creative teams to deliver strategically driven, multi-channel campaigns and content
• Manage multiple complex projects concurrently, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners and creative team members
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams and external collaborators
• Establish and maintain clear roles, responsibilities, and workflows throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop, document, and maintain project plans and records within project management tools
• Execute scope change management, risk mitigation, and project close-out processes
• Partner with operations teams to support forecasting, budget tracking, reporting, and metrics oversight
• Proactively identify project risks, issues, and opportunities and escalate appropriately to leadership
• Influence creative development to ensure alignment with brand values and messaging
• Mentor junior team members and support best practices in creative project management

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• Extensive experience within a creative or marketing agency environment
• Strong experience managing complex creative or marketing projects
• Proficiency with project management software and standard productivity tools such as Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across geographically diverse teams
• Minimum of seven years of relevant professional experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• Creative agency experience within a healthcare or regulated industry
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior project management staff
