Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:

OTEL Implementation: Proven success in the delivery and maintenance of production-scale OpenTelemetry (OTEL) environments, including complex collector deployment and configuration management.

Instrumentation Fundamentals: Expert, hands-on experience designing and managing the core pillars of observability: metrics, logs, traces, and attribute design.

Routing Logic: Mandatory experience implementing and configuring advanced data routing logic, including at least one production-ready use case (e.g., multi-destination trace routing).

Developer Enablement: Ability to design and write a comprehensive Developer Onboarding Framework, defining coded pathways, clear standards for attributes, configuration, and integration paths.

Knowledge Transfer: Proven ability to perform effective knowledge transfer to internal teams to ensure long-term support and ownership of the deployed solutions.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: 70$-73$ per hour
