About the Role:

We are hiring a Database Developer to join a technology-focused team supporting enterprise application platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build, enhance, and optimize database-driven solutions that improve automation, scalability, and system performance across multiple portfolios. You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize database solutions using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages to support data integration and automation
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to refine requirements and estimate development efforts
• Develop and unit test solutions to meet defined acceptance criteria and compliance standards
• Build and maintain SSIS packages for data movement and transformation
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across database and integration layers
• Contribute to integration, regression, and performance testing; analyze results and resolve defects
• Document deployment, support, and maintenance procedures
• Participate in CI/CD activities including code reviews, pull requests, release planning, and issue triage
• Support Agile ceremonies and use Jira for work tracking and delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in database or SQL Server development
• Strong expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including complex stored procedures
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with SSIS development and deployment
• Experience using C# and VB.NET for SSIS package development
• Strong understanding of code quality, testing, and performance optimization
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Git or Bitbucket for source control
• Familiarity with Jira-based ticketing and release management tools

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $60 – $65 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on market conditions, experience, and qualifications.
