Title: MERN Stack Team Lead
Location: 3X/Week on site- Markham, ON
Duration: 6-month contract
Compensation: $65-$68/hour
Required Skills:
- 5–8 years of professional software development experience and 3 years' experience as a Team Lead
- Strong hands-on experience with React and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Deep front-end expertise (70%) combined with solid back-end experience in Node.js and TypeScript (30%).
- Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams in a fast-paced or production environment.
- Practical experience working in Azure cloud, including CI/CD, deployments, and build pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB and NoSQL data modeling.
- Experience supporting production environments, debugging, and resolving issues in real time.
- Experience working on high-traffic or enterprise-level web applications is an asset.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with C# or .NET.
- Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platform integrations.
