Mission:
- As a Lead Salesforce Developer/ Architect supporting the Sales Cloud team, with a mission is to deliver impactful solutions that drive sales success. Will collaborate closely with marketing to ensure seamless campaign execution and master the entire project lifecycle to deliver high-quality results.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership: Lead the end-to-end technical design and strategy for Sales Cloud, ensuring scalable schema design, complex custom objects, and governed automation using Flow Builder.
- Next-Gen AI Implementation: Spearhead the deployment of Agent force solutions, leveraging Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, and the Atlas Reasoning Engine to deliver autonomous, AI-driven business processes.
- Full-Stack Development: Drive the development of high-performance, reusable components using LWC, Apex, and Aura, while maintaining strict adherence to the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
- System Integration & Security: Design and manage robust REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware layers, ensuring secure data synchronization across the enterprise banking ecosystem.
- Modern DevOps Governance: Oversee the development lifecycle using SFDX and CI/CD best practices to ensure code quality, automated testing, and seamless environment migrations.
- Technical Mentorship: Act as the primary technical authority, conducting rigorous code reviews and mentoring junior-to-mid-level developers on best practices and emerging Salesforce technologies.
- Strategic Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps, balancing the need for rapid feature delivery with long-term platform health and security compliance.
Must Have:
- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a strong experience with Sales Cloud
- 3+ years of experience working as a Lead/ Architect role
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud (highly preferred since they will be interacting with it)
- Experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Flow, Batch Apex, SOQL
- Experience with Salesforce Data modeling, Security, Approval process
- Experience with Integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP Integration services, middleware tools
- Working Knowledge of Salesforce tools and technologies – Apex, Visual Force, JavaScript, Apex API's and data loader
Additional requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API.
- Experience using Bitbucket or other version control software.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications.
- Excellent Personal, organizational and communication skills
Plusses:
- Possesses multiple Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant), demonstrating a verified foundation in platform best practices
- Hands on experience with Agentforce is highly preferable
- Proven background in the Financial Services sector, offering a nuanced understanding of client relationship management (CRM) within complex, highly regulated environments
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $65 – $70 per hour
