- Strong understanding of Windows Server maintenance and patching
- Proficiency in scripting (Batch, PowerShell) and Alteryx Swagger API
- Experience with multi-node architecture and load balancer configuration
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale platforms (preferably data analytics or workflow automation tools)
- Understanding of DNS, SSL/TLS, and load balancing in multi-node environments
- Familiarity with vulnerability remediation, patch management, and enterprise security standards
- Ability to manage and troubleshoot MongoDB and SQL Server environments
- Experience with ITIL processes or similar frameworks for incident and change management
