Pay Range:$30/hr-$35/hr

• This position is within the Health division's Implementation group, focusing on supporting the application.
• The role involves configuring software as part of the implementation process.
• The successful candidate will be adept at transforming and configuring healthcare data from clients into the software.
• Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills are essential for resolving customer issues, leading to customer satisfaction and business success.
• This is a customer-facing role, requiring excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Configure software as part of the implementation process

Education Qualification

• Relevant educational background in a related field

Required Skills

• 2+ years of database experience
• Proficiency in SQL (experience with MS Access)
• Experience in a client-facing role
• Implementation and customer-facing experience 
• Healthcare background is a significant advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
