Job Title: Java Fullstack Developer Role
Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Client Industry: Banking
Duration: 12-18 Months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST
Must Haves
- 7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Java Developer
- Experience counted post-Undergraduate or Master’s degree (whichever is most recent)
- Strong UI / Front-End development experience
- Hands-on experience with React (Angular is a strong plus)
- Strong experience with Spring Boot
Plusses
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Prior experience migrating a monolithic application to a microservices architecture
- Strong JavaScript skills
- Experience with Oracle databases
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $58 - $63 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
