Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative supports customers through inbound and outbound phone interactions related to supply orders, equipment support, and account follow ups. This role focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience within a remote patient monitoring environment while following established procedures and regulatory standards. The position requires strong communication skills, reliability, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive inbound customer calls related to supply orders, equipment questions, and general support
• Perform outbound calls for customer follow ups, enrollment activities, and shipment notifications
• Support onboarding activities including customer education and equipment setup guidance
• Process supply and equipment orders and monitor shipping and delivery confirmations
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely documentation updates
• Conduct routine customer check in calls and compliance follow ups
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve order issues or delays
• Follow established workflows, productivity standards, and quality metrics
• Adhere to privacy, security, and regulatory requirements including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Professional verbal communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
• Ability to follow defined processes and work instructions consistently
• Proficiency with office productivity tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with data entry or data processing tasks
• Bilingual communication skills in Spanish
• Familiarity with consumer smart devices and basic technical support
