Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday (10:30 PM - 7 AM Central Time)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Range: $15/hr - $18/hr

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a contingent resource assignment. The role involves supporting operations and seeking ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures. This position requires performing routine operational support tasks and interacting with client personnel on basic information.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Support operations by performing routine tasks such as capturing, sorting, or distributing items or documents using machinery.
  • Prepare and organize work for subsequent processing through machines.
  • Regularly receive direction from a supervisor and escalate questions and issues as needed.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, structured environment.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
 
Education Qualification:
  • 6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
 
Required Skills:
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Lockbox experience.
  • 10-key numerical data entry experience.
  • Ability to work additional hours and some bank holidays as needed based on business needs.
  • Ability to lift 10+ pounds and sit/stand for long periods.
  • Ability to perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature.
