Job Overview:
The Senior QA Engineer will join the Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team and be responsible for manual and automated testing of ServiceNow out-of-the-box configurations and integrations. This role requires deep hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ATF, strong automation skills, and solid understanding of IRM/GRC modules, platform behaviors, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF
-
Develop and maintain test data, validation rules, and end-to-end test flows
-
Create test cases based on functional and technical requirements
-
Execute manual and automated testing across ServiceNow modules (IRM/GRC focus)

Perform regression testing during ServiceNow upgrades and releases
-
Validate configuration changes including tables, ACLs, business rules, flows, UI policies, and update sets
-
Test REST/SOAP integrations and external data flows
-
Conduct cross-browser testing and end-to-end user journey validation
-
Validate controls, risks, issues, assessments, workflows, and compliance frameworks

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments

Analyze test results, log defects, and ensure timely resolution

Develop reusable automation templates for future initiatives
Required Qualifications:
-
5–8+ years of QA experience
-
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ATF testing, with strong focus on IRM/GRC
-
Strong automation testing experience (Selenium required)
-
Deep understanding of IRM/GRC processes, risk scoring, assessments, SOX, and compliance workflows
-
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow tables, ACLs, flows, APIs, update sets, and business rules
-
3+ years testing ServiceNow UI, Service Portal, and Workspace UX
-
Experience with integration testing and external system validation
-
2+ years working in Agile/Scrum environments
-
Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
-
Proficient in test planning, test case creation, and defect management
Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-Risk, CIS-GRC, ATF)

CI/CD experience (GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)

Experience with domain-separated ServiceNow instances
-
Prior involvement in large-scale ServiceNow implementations

Scripting experience with JavaScript, Python, or similar languages
